políticos en España, que es lo que dice claramente la periodista, y no es así.</SPAN></STRONG></SPAN></B><SPAN lang=ES><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

por tanto, España no podía recibirlos con tal condición. De ahí que el estatus que tienen de cara a las leyes de inmigración españolas, sea el de inmigrantes, como si fueran peruanos o bolivianos que van a España a recoger uvas o aceitunas. </SPAN></STRONG><SPAN lang=ES><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD" lang=ES-TRAD>No hay una sola mención a las prácticas de chantaje de las autoridades españolas denunciadas en noticiarios de la TV nacional de España por los propios prisioneros, que han sido "advertidos" por mas de dos funcionarios de inmigración que "fueran cautelosos al hablar de la Revolución" porque ponían en peligro la salida de los otros prisioneros de su grupo <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>que quedan en Cuba....Estuve una semana en España, me reuní con los presos (ver </SPAN></STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD" lang=ES-TRAD><A href="http://nuevoaccion.com/" target=_blank><SPAN class=yshortcuts><B><SPAN style="COLOR: #0066cc"><SPAN id=lw_1280172977_8>nuevoaccion.com</SPAN></SPAN></B></SPAN></A><STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial">
y las fotos etc) y en los noticiarios, artículos y comentarios en España se señala y critica la condición de desterrados, que es un castigo y una violación de los derechos humanos, por lo que Moratinos ha recibido críticas hasta de algunos socialistas. Por ello es sorpendente que el artículo del Nuevo Herald y The Miami Herald, desinforme haciendo creer a sus lectores que el estatus de aquellos presos es el de exiliados políticos.</SPAN></STRONG></SPAN><SPAN lang=ES><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
